Soy Lecithin Granules

We use these as a ratio of 1 Teaspoon with 1 Tablespoon or more of liquid.

Great for vegan and gluten free baking.  No need for Egg Replacer binders in our vegan dessert course.

Lecithin acts to emulsify the fat/liquid into a great substance for cookie and cake forms.
