We are a group of teachers devoted to passing the mystery of cooking to home-cooks so they have a simple system and tools for a life-time health supportive eating.
Philosophy
Healing food must taste good enough and be an intimate, creative, part of one's daily living rhythm and timing to actually be healing.
History
The studio concept was born directly from The Main Course students desire to practice daily, weekly, together, and at home. Since 1983 the language of cooking, our unique system for understanding the underpinnings of all cuisine for all diets has penetrated homes throughout the world. It evolved from the work of Joanne Saltzman, founding director of The School of Natural Cookery.

Instructors are certified Main Course teachers trained and licensed to teach the course.
