Learn the cooking methods that transform these ingredients without direct fire, enhancing their digestibility. Tuya Jenkins is a culinary artist specializing in the art of living foods preparation. Utilizing the Language of Cooking™ without recipes, students cook and eat soups, breads, salads, main plates and desserts.
